Come learn about what the pelvic floor actually is.  The myths and facts about pelvic floor health and how it relates not only to bladder control but also to sexual health, your ability to strengthen you core and your overall fitness level.  For moms with embarrassing bladder issues, diastasis recti (abdominal separation), prolapse, painful intercourse etc.  For all women who may be struggling to run as far or as fast as they want, and women feeling at a standstill in their weightlifting abilities.

You will learn how to test your own pelvic floor, how to fix pelvic floor issues, and how to progress your pelvic floor and core strength to maximize your fitness and reach your goals.
