Role Overview
As a Patient Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they reach out. You will play a crucial role in coordinating appointments, managing insurance authorizations, and supporting our licensed staff to deliver outstanding patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the ambassador of our practice through excellent telephone service and by warmly greeting arriving patients.
Coordinate scheduling, insurance authorizations, and communicate benefits with patients.
Collaborate with licensed staff to ensure the seamless delivery of our services and maintain exceptional patient satisfaction.

You are organized and efficient, with a knack for managing your responsibilities with ease.
You possess strong computer and typing skills, with a high degree of dependability and self-initiative.

Hours & Pay
Hours: Monday – Thursday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM, Fridays: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Pay: $18 – $23 per hour, based on experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a medical office setting.
Knowledge of medical insurance and billing processes.
An Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
Basic Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
A minimum of two years of related experience in a similar position, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
